Our start gates for the cross area are all patented and correspond to the international standard for professional winter sports of the FIS. All our systems are manufactured in our production facility in Lindenberg / Germany. The starting system has already been used successfully at FIS races, European Cups, World Cups and the Olympic Games. The last big HIGHLIGHT was in Pyeongchang in 2018.
Thanks to the mechanical system, our starting systems offer a precise and simultaneous starting process. Electronic and automatic triggering with random programming is recommended as an accessory.

Thanks to our modular design of the Startgate X Cross, any number of modules can be combined to form a Startgate X Cross team. This makes it possible to use the sophisticated system of the Startgate X Cross including the accessories for the team competition. What is new is the convenient and easy separation of the mechanics so that each gate can be controlled and triggered individually.

The exact triggering of the start gates takes place via an electro-mechanical system. As a result, the distance between the two gates can be freely selected. For the start gate // an electro-mechanical release unit is required for each gate. The start intervals are controlled by countdown and indicated by acoustic and visual output. Another new feature is the easy return function of the dropboard using a hand lever.
Our new control system has a touchscreen that enables start lists and times to be entered directly. A time-delayed triggering of the start gates can thus be achieved easily and conveniently. The control is the complete solution, especially for parallel and team events.

These gates are made of aluminum or carbon. This makes the systems stable and particularly light. The start gate consists of a single starting place. It is intended on the one hand as a training facility for winter and summer and on the other hand for parallel competitions as a light alternative to the Start Gate WC.
The gates are almost completely assembled. They can be easily assembled and dismantled in just a few steps. Transport is easy and comfortable due to its low weight. In addition, the gate can simply be folded up and stowed in the transport bag.
The start can be triggered manually or electronically. Together with our electronic control systems, it forms a complete setup for competition and training measures. By using the random system, it is also possible, for example, to trigger the start signal during training yourself. This enables an optimal start training to be completed.

All of our control systems are stable and insensitive to impacts, built into waterproof outdoor cases with high-quality sockets for connecting the cylinders, buttons and power supply according to outdoor standards. All components are manufactured in high industrial quality. Depending on the type, our control systems have a touchscreen and various outputs for traffic lights and signal systems. The controls are compatible with common timing systems.
